I have a herniated disk that causes a lot of neck pain. I didn’t have high hopes for this pillow, but now instead of waking up barely able to even move my neck, its usually more like a dull ache. There are probably better pillows out there, but I doubt you’ll beat this one for the price.

A lot of the memory foam contour pillows I’ve gotten on Amazon sink too much, and don’t have good support. This pillow is the exception, good support and just the right amount of height for my neck. It’s good support and I think ideal for the spine. I am buying one for my dad too who has been using a way too soft memory foam pillow!

Plenty of neck support and very soft but firm, if that can even be a thing.I use my own pillow case over the one on it and that’s very comfortable and easier to wash.
